Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jetseto.com, leader.jetseto.com and related services (the "Platform"), operated by Jetseto ("Jetseto", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What Jetseto is

Jetseto is an online marketplace that connects travellers ("Travellers") with independent tour leaders ("Tour Leaders"). Tour Leaders create and offer their own services and tours. Jetseto is not a tour operator or travel agency and does not itself provide the services listed on the Platform. The agreement for a service is between the Traveller and the Tour Leader.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
You may sign in with an email and password or with Google. One person may hold only one account.

3. Tour Leaders

If you offer services as a Tour Leader, you agree that:

you will provide the documents we request, and you may offer services only after Jetseto has reviewed and approved your application;
you hold all licences, permits and insurance required by law for the services you offer;
your listings, prices, availability and descriptions are accurate and kept up to date;
you will deliver booked services as described and treat Travellers safely and respectfully;
you are solely responsible for the services you provide and for complying with applicable laws, including tax obligations.

Jetseto may suspend or deactivate a Tour Leader account if these obligations are not met.

4. Travellers

If you book a service as a Traveller, you agree to:

provide accurate booking information;
follow the terms, requirements and cancellation conditions stated for that service;
behave respectfully and safely toward Tour Leaders and other participants.

5. Bookings, prices and cancellations

Prices are set by Tour Leaders and shown on each listing.
A booking is confirmed only when the Platform shows it as confirmed.
Cancellation and refund conditions are those shown for each service at the time of booking. Where payments are processed through the Platform, additional payment terms will be shown before you pay.

6. Reviews and content

You may post reviews and other content only about genuine experiences.
You must not post content that is false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or that infringes anyone's rights.
You keep ownership of the content you post, but you grant Jetseto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use it to operate and promote the Platform.
We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

7. Prohibited use

You must not:

use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or fraud;
arrange bookings off-Platform to avoid the Platform's processes after meeting through it;
create fake accounts, listings or reviews;
attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with the Platform's security or operation;
scrape, copy or resell Platform content without our written permission.

8. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other users at risk. Bookings already confirmed may still be subject to their cancellation conditions.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Jetseto does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services offered by Tour Leaders, the accuracy of listings, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Verification of Tour Leaders reduces risk but is not a guarantee.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jetseto is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from services provided by Tour Leaders. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or on the Platform before they take effect. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
